How to form Bronchitis Mudra to help relieve chest congestion
This mudra has same positions for both hands.
1) Place the little finger at the base of the thumb
2) Place ring finger on the middle joint of the thumb.
3) and the middle finger to be kept at the pad of the thumb.
4) Index finger to be kept straight.
This mudra needs a little bit of practice as the fingers do not fall naturally into this position. Once you have taken the shape with your hands, close your eyes and relax in meditation. Feel the vital energy out of your fingers releasing the tension in bronchial tube and easing the breathing.

When and how long to practice Bronchial mudra?
For acute Bronchitis attack, first use this mudra from around 5 to 6 minutes and then followed by the Asthma Mudra. Practice these until breathing has become normal again.
For chronic attack or for a long-term treatment, do both mudras for 5 minutes, five times a day.

Generally exhalation should be longer than inhalation. it will correct the elimination process.While inhaling,direct your consciousness into your stomach, chest,stomach, chest, throat, forehead, and top of the head. Now hold your breath for about 5 seconds. While holding your breath you can also block your neck at the chest. and while exhaling, bring your neck to normal position.
Exhalation: Direct your consciousness from top to bottom. exhalation should be longer than the inhalation.
