Mushti mudra is also known as fist mudra. Mushti is a sanskrit word which means closed hand or fist. Our body has natural tendency to react to negative emotions such as anger, aggression, fear, irritation and frustration by closing fist.

How to form Mushti mudra?

1) Firstly clench your fingers to form a fist.

2) Now place your thumb over the ring fingers.

3) Do this with each hand.

In conclusion, you have to form fist and have to perform this mudra as you close and open the fist.
