When the diet course is completed, evaluate its result. If it does not suit you, the chemical diet for 4 weeks can be extended for another 7 days using the menu of the last week or completely repeat the two-week version of the diet. If the goal of losing weight is achieved, go to your usual diet, refraining from fatty, floury and sweet.
